How do invitations work?

Invite preferred staff to an event when you want to reach them directly instead of waiting for applications.

Invitations help you reach staff you already like or staff who match the event requirements particularly well.

Invited staff can accept, decline, or ask a question depending on the event details.

A confirmed invitation becomes a booking, so make sure the rate, date, time, and location are correct before sending.

Key steps

  1. Open the event and choose Invite talent.
  2. Search or browse staff that match the role.
  3. Review the event details attached to the invitation.
  4. Send the invitation and monitor responses from the event page.
