How do shortlists help me hire faster?
Save strong staff into shortlists so you can invite them again without rebuilding the same search.
Shortlists are private collections of staff you may want to hire again.
They are useful for repeat venues, recurring event styles, or trusted talent pools for Premium Member clients.
When you find a profile you like, add them to an existing shortlist or create a new shortlist for the event type.
Key steps
- Open a staff profile from browse, applicants, or previous bookings.
- Choose Add to shortlist.
- Select an existing shortlist or create a new one.
- Use the shortlist later when inviting staff to an event.
