How do I update my payment method?

Add or replace the card used for booking charges from payment settings.

The payment method on file is used for booking charges, membership fees, and any approved add-ons.

Keeping a valid card on file helps prevent booking interruptions when staff are confirmed.

If a payment fails, update the card and retry the invoice or contact support for help.

Key steps

  1. Open Client settings.
  2. Choose Payment methods.
  3. Add the new card details.
  4. Confirm the new payment method is marked active.
