How do I contact support?

Open the help contact form or use chat when you need help with bookings, payments, account issues, or bugs.

Support can help with booking disputes, payment issues, account changes, bug reports, and questions that are not covered in the help centre.

Include IDs, dates, event names, and screenshots where possible. More context helps the team resolve the issue faster.

Premium Member clients receive higher-priority support through the concierge flow.

Key steps

  1. Open Client settings and choose Help centre.
  2. Select Contact support.
  3. Choose the topic and add a clear subject.
  4. Describe what happened and submit the request.
