How do I update account details?

Update profile details, business information, payment methods, and subscription settings from Client settings.

Most account changes are available from Client settings or your profile edit page.

Business details, profile information, payment methods, subscription, services, and notifications each have dedicated settings screens.

For changes that are not available in the app, contact support with the exact account detail you need changed.

Key steps

  1. Open Client settings.
  2. Choose the section that matches the detail you need to update.
  3. Save the change and check for confirmation.
  4. Contact support if the field is locked or missing.
