What to do if your payment failed
Check your card, retry the payment, and contact support if the invoice still does not clear.
A failed payment can happen because a card expired, a bank declined the transaction, or additional verification is required.
Your bookings and membership state should only update after PartiStaff confirms the payment status from the payment provider.
If the payment is urgent for an upcoming event, open support chat with the invoice ID and event name so the team can review it quickly.
Key steps
- Open Client settings and choose Payment methods.
- Confirm the active card has not expired and has enough available funds.
- Open Payments and retry the failed invoice if a retry action is available.
- Open support chat with the invoice ID if the payment still fails.
